Prof. Charles Muyanja

Is a Professor at Makerere University, Kampala Uganda where he conducts research in different areas of food science. He has supervised 7 PhD to completion in areas of applied microbiology, water quality and, food safety and over 15 Msc students. He was involved in the solar disinfection of water (SOSI) project in Uganda in collaboration with the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland.
